  •          Base pay:  $1470 per night shift (7:00 PM – 7:00 AM)
  •          Facilitate overnight admissions and answer calls/pages from units
  •          Average of 12-16 total admits per night (split between 2 physicians)
  •          $100 bonus for every admission over 6/night
  •          Annual bonuses range from $15000-$25000 per physician
  •          Average of 16 night shifts/month = $282240 base pay + $39200                        is estimated annual bonus/admit bonuses = approximately $321440                   annual income
  •          Additional $20000 sign-on bonus
