Opportunity

• Well-established busy practice located in Milwaukee
• Opportunity is 100 percent outpatient
• Call
  • Weekend Call 1:10 (Friday-Sunday)
  • Physicians take call for their own patients during the week
• Flexible scheduling
  • One evening and one morning with extended hours
  • One Saturday every six weeks (8am-1pm)

• Physician Office Building connected to the hospital with access to outpatient specialty care including: Cardiology Neurology OB/GYN Pulmonary General Surgery EndocrinologyBehavioral Health and Physical Therapy
• Highest volume Emergency Department in the state with a Care Management Team to triage and connect patients with primary care providers in the clinic
• Clinic open to walk-in patients

Staff

• One family medicine physician
• Three physician assistants
• Providers are each supported by a medical assistant
