Opportunity
- Well-established busy practice located in Milwaukee
- Opportunity is 100 percent outpatient
- Call
- Weekend Call 1:10 (Friday-Sunday)
- Physicians take call for their own patients during the week
- Flexible scheduling
- One evening and one morning with extended hours
- One Saturday every six weeks (8am-1pm)

- Physician Office Building connected to the hospital with access to outpatient specialty care including: Cardiology Neurology OB/GYN Pulmonary General Surgery EndocrinologyBehavioral Health and Physical Therapy
- Highest volume Emergency Department in the state with a Care Management Team to triage and connect patients with primary care providers in the clinic
- Clinic open to walk-in patients
Staff
- One family medicine physician
- Three physician assistants
- Providers are each supported by a medical assistant
- Medical Home Model with team-based care
- Social Worker and Registered Dietician on staff
