PRACTICE

*85% clinic and 15% inpatient

*Join 2 hospital employed urologists

*Clinic has some mid-level support (PA, 2 MA, LPN, and 3 Office Coordinators) 

*Scribe support available if desired

*Be busy day one

*Call of 1:3 

*Clinic located by hospital

*Flexible work schedule

*Cerner EMR

*One surg day per week and ESWL 2x per month

*Common procedures needed (TURP, TURBT, Cystoscopy, Ureteroscopy, ESWL, Nephrectomy)

*On-going salary of $600K plus wRVU  production bonus

*Expect to earn 70th to 90th percentile yearly

*Full benefits to include malpractice, tail, CME, student support($200K), relo, PTO(28-31 days), and $100K sign-on bonus
