Hospital Employed Medical Director Urgent Care Clinics
Excellent hospital-employed position with great earning potential! Candidates must be BC Family Medicine or Emergency Medicine. Position will serve as the Medical Director for 3 urgent care practices in Carrollton. You will provide oversight to Carrollton, Villa Rica and Bremen GA urgent care facilities. Role is 60% clinical and 40% administrative. You will participate in provider recruitment and orient new providers, review, sign and supervise APPs, provide chart reviews, corrective action and provider performance reviews. Additionally, you will attend group provider meetings, facilitate internal staff meetings, effectively communicate clinical updates and procedural changes to all providers. Qualifications include BC in FM or EM, minimum 3-5 years of experience in urgent care or emergency medicine and leadership experience.
