Military / VA Telemedicine: Internal Medicine Job in Austin, Texas
This telemedicine internal medicine position is offered as a Military/VA arrangement, meaning the role is structured within federal service supporting active-duty personnel, veterans, and their families. Compensation in this setting follows federal schedules with federal benefits, and malpractice coverage is provided under federal protection, with the schedule predictability and mission-driven patient focus that come with that structure. This same position is also offered under several other arrangements, including part-time, virtual, contract, and admin/medical director options, so you can discuss which structure best fits your goals.
The role carries no patient call and no emergency department call rotation, and the listed financial offering is positioned at the national average tier, delivered through one of several financial structures such as income guarantee, straight employment, or an employment agreement with production bonus.
This opening is open to physicians across a range of backgrounds, including those who are board certified, board eligible, or board ineligible, trained as MD or DO, and either AMG or FMG, provided you hold US citizenship or a green card. Physicians at any career stage — from those currently in training to very experienced clinicians — are considered.
