Hospital / Clinic Employed Telemedicine: Internal Medicine Job in Austin, Texas
This telemedicine internal medicine position, based virtually and serving patients in Austin, Texas, is offered as a permanent, hospital/clinic-employed role. In this arrangement, the employer serves as both the recruiting and paying entity: you work as a W-2 employee, with the organization administering compensation, benefits, malpractice coverage, and scheduling, and supplying the clinical infrastructure needed to support your telehealth practice. This structure is designed to let you focus on clinical care rather than business administration.
The financial offering for this listing is presented at the National Average tier, structured through options such as income guarantee, straight employment, or an employment agreement with production bonus. There is no patient call rotation and no emergency department call associated with this role.
This same opportunity is also listed under several other practice structures — including virtual and part-time — so if employed status is not the fit you're looking for, related versions of this role may be available under those arrangements. The role is open to candidates across a range of certification statuses, training backgrounds, and experience levels, and to U.S. citizens and green card holders.
