Non-Clinical / Case Management Telemedicine: Internal Medicine Job in Austin, Texas
This Internal Medicine telemedicine position is offered as a non-clinical case management arrangement, one of several practice structures under which this role is available. In this capacity, you would apply your clinical judgment outside of direct patient treatment — reviewing cases, coordinating care, and working with insurers, employers, or health organizations on utilization and care decisions, rather than managing patients directly.
The role carries no call, consistent with the business-hours, non-clinical nature of this work. Compensation is tied to a financial structure that may include income guarantee, straight employment, an employment agreement with production bonus, or contract terms, with the financial offering listed at the National Average tier.
This permanent position is based in the Austin, Texas area. It is open to physicians across a range of experience levels, including those currently in training, recently trained, or experienced, and welcomes candidates who are board certified, board eligible, or board ineligible, whether trained allopathically or osteopathically, and as American or foreign medical graduates holding US citizenship or a green card.

Required skills & experience:
1. Medical Degree from an accredited School of Medicine and Residency Program
2. Currently licensed to practice in multiple states
3. Board eligibility or Board-certified
4. At least 2 years in emergency medical experience in an Emergency Department, Urgent Care, Family Practice, Internal Medicine, or other fast-paced out-patient clinical setting
