Academic Telemedicine: Internal Medicine Job in Midland, Texas
This internal medicine telemedicine role is offered as an academic arrangement, one of several practice structures available for this position. In this setup, you would practice within a teaching institution — a university, academic medical center, or affiliated program — where clinical care is paired with teaching and often research, and compensation runs through the institution on an academic advancement track.
The role is delivered virtually, and among the other arrangements this listing is offered under are part-time and employed options, so the structure can be adapted depending on how you want to engage with the position. There is no patient call and no emergency department call associated with this role.
The financial offering for this listing is noted as the national average tier, structured under an employment agreement. As with any academic appointment, expect the day-to-day mix to include institutional responsibilities alongside direct patient care.
