Military / VA Telemedicine: Internal Medicine Job in Nashville, Tennessee
This internal medicine telemedicine position is offered, among other arrangements, as a Military/VA role — federal employment serving active-duty service members, veterans, and their families. In this structure, compensation follows federal pay schedules with federal benefits, and malpractice coverage is provided under federal protection, offering a predictable schedule and freedom from the billing and administrative side of private practice.
The same listing is also available under several other structures, including solo-independent, single- and multi-specialty group, hospital/clinic/MSO employment, contract, part-time, administrative/medical director, virtual, and non-clinical case management arrangements — this page describes the Military/VA option specifically. The role carries no patient call and no emergency department call rotation. The financial offering for this listing is noted at the national average tier, structured as an income guarantee, straight employment, or an employment agreement with a production bonus, depending on the arrangement selected.
Candidates may be board certified, board eligible, or board ineligible, and may hold MD or DO training from either U.S. or foreign medical schools. Work status accepted includes U.S. citizens and green card holders, and the role is open to physicians ranging from those currently in training to very experienced practitioners.
