Multi-Specialty Group Telemedicine: Internal Medicine Job in Salem, Oregon
This telemedicine internal medicine position, based in Salem, Oregon, is offered as a multi-specialty group arrangement, one of several practice structures under which this permanent role is available. In this model, you would practice within an organization spanning multiple specialties, with referral relationships handled largely internally and administrative functions managed centrally — typically as an employed position with group-level governance. This same role is also structured under other options, including virtual, part-time, and academic or community health center settings, depending on which arrangement fits your preference.
Compensation for this listing is structured through an income guarantee, straight employment, or an employment agreement with production bonus, with the financial offering listed at the national average tier. There is no emergency department call and no patient call rotation associated with this role.
The position is open to physicians at a range of experience levels, from those currently in training to very experienced practitioners, and welcomes both MD and DO training backgrounds, as well as AMG and FMG graduates who hold US citizenship or a green card. Given the virtual/telemedicine format, patients may be located in communities of varying sizes, from under 10,000 to over 500,000 residents.
