Military / VA Telemedicine: Internal Medicine Job in Naperville, Illinois
This permanent telemedicine internal medicine position is offered as a Military/VA arrangement, one of several practice structures listed for this opportunity, which also include solo-independent, single- and multi-specialty group, hospital/clinic/MSO employment, academic, FQHC, contract, part-time, administrative, virtual, and non-clinical case management options. In a Military/VA setting, the role involves federal employment supporting active-duty personnel, veterans, and their families, with compensation following federal schedules and malpractice coverage provided under federal protection. Schedules in this type of arrangement tend to be predictable, and the clinical focus centers on a mission-driven patient population rather than the administrative or billing responsibilities found in private practice.
For this listing, the financial offering is listed at the national average tier, structured through options such as income guarantee, straight employment, an employment agreement with production bonus, or contract. There is no patient call or emergency department call associated with this role.
Candidates may be board certified, board eligible, or board ineligible, and both MD and DO training backgrounds are accepted, including American and foreign medical graduates. Applicants must hold US citizenship or a green card, and physicians across experience levels—from those currently in training to very experienced—are considered. This role is based in Naperville, Illinois.
