This Internal Medicine telemedicine position in Tampa, Florida is offered as a Single-Specialty Group arrangement, one of several practice structures under which this role is available (it can also be structured as solo-independent, multi-specialty group, hospital/health-system employed, academic, military/VA, community health center, contract, part-time, administrative/medical director, or virtual). In a single-specialty group, you would join physicians practicing in your own specialty, working within an established clinical, staffing, billing, and administrative infrastructure that supports the practice.
This is a permanent role, and the financial offering is listed at the National Average tier, with financial structures that may include an income guarantee, straight employment, or an employment agreement with a production bonus. There is no patient call rotation and no emergency department call associated with this position.
Candidates may be Board Certified, Board Eligible, or Board Ineligible, and may hold MD or DO training from either U.S. or international medical schools. Required skills & experience:
1. Medical Degree from an accredited School of Medicine and Residency Program
2. Currently licensed to practice in multiple states
3. Board eligibility or Board-certified
4. At least 2 years in emergency medical experience in an Emergency Department, Urgent Care, Family Practice, Internal Medicine, or other fast-paced out-patient clinical setting
