Administrative / Medical Director Telemedicine: Internal Medicine Job in Orlando, Florida
This telemedicine internal medicine position is offered as an Administrative/Medical Director arrangement, one of several practice structures available for this role. In this capacity, clinical oversight, quality, and organizational responsibilities form a substantial part of the position, with compensation typically structured on a salaried basis and often paired with a reduced clinical schedule. This structure suits physicians oriented toward leadership, systems improvement, and management of clinical operations rather than a full patient panel.
The role is also listed as available under related arrangements, including Part-Time and Virtual options, giving you flexibility in how the position is structured. Financially, it may be arranged as an Income Guarantee, Straight Employment, an Employment Agreement with a production bonus, or a Contract, with the financial offering listed at the National Average tier. There is no patient call and no emergency department call associated with this position.
Candidates may be Board Certified, Board Eligible, or Board Ineligible, and both Allopathic (MD) and Osteopathic (DO) training backgrounds are accepted, including both American Medical Graduates and Foreign Medical Graduates. Applicants should hold US Citizen or Green Card work status, and physicians across a range of experience levels — from those currently in training to very experienced practitioners — are considered.
