Virtual / Telemedicine Telemedicine: Internal Medicine Job in San Bernardino, California
This internal medicine role is offered as a virtual/telemedicine position, meaning you would see patients remotely under the applicable state licensing requirements rather than reporting to a fixed clinical site each day. As with most virtual arrangements, scheduling can offer more flexibility than site-based practice, and the structure suits physicians who prefer technology-forward, location-independent work.
This same listing is also available under several other arrangements, including part-time and contract options, alongside employed, solo-independent, group, academic, VA, FQHC, and administrative/medical director pathways — so you can discuss which fits your goals. Financially, the role can be structured as an income guarantee, straight employment, an employment agreement with production bonus, or a contract, with the financial offering for this listing set at the national average tier.
There is no patient call rotation and no emergency department call associated with this position. Physicians who are board certified, board eligible, or board ineligible may apply, as may allopathic or osteopathic graduates, whether trained domestically or internationally, and candidates ranging from those currently in training to very experienced physicians. The role is open to candidates authorized to work in the U.S., including citizens and green card holders, and patient populations may span communities of varying sizes.
