Solo / Independent Practice Telemedicine: Internal Medicine Job in Santa Clara, California
This telemedicine internal medicine position in Santa Clara, California is offered as a solo/independent practice arrangement, one of several structures under which this role is available. In this model, you operate your own practice rather than working as an employee: you bill under your own name, build your own patient panel, and manage your own staffing, scheduling, and practice style. The hiring organization typically supports this start-up phase through an income guarantee, which is listed among the financial structures for this role, in exchange for the autonomy and business responsibility that come with ownership.
The financial offering for this listing is identified at the National Average tier, presented here as the listed offering rather than a guaranteed figure. This role carries no patient call and no emergency department call obligations.
Beyond the solo/independent option, this position is also structured for other arrangements, including single- and multi-specialty group, hospital/clinic/MSO employment, academic, military/VA, community health center/FQHC, contract, part-time, administrative/medical director, virtual, and non-clinical case management formats. Candidates across a range of training backgrounds and experience levels — from those currently in training to very experienced physicians — are considered, and the role is open to board certified, board eligible, and board ineligible candidates holding MD or DO training from U.S. or international medical schools.
