Solo / Independent Practice Telemedicine: Internal Medicine Job in San Diego, California
This Telemedicine: Internal Medicine position in San Diego, California is offered as a solo / independent practice opportunity, one of several arrangements under which this permanent role is available. In this structure, you would own and run your own practice rather than being employed: billing under your own name, building your own patient panel, and directing your own staffing, scheduling, and practice style. The recruiting organization typically supports your start-up through an income guarantee, which is reflected among the financial structures listed for this role. This arrangement offers a high degree of autonomy and the financial upside of ownership, along with the administrative responsibilities that come with running your own practice.
Alongside solo/independent practice, this role is also offered under other arrangements, including single- and multi-specialty group employment, hospital/clinic/MSO employment, contract, part-time, administrative/medical director, virtual, and non-clinical case management options.
The financial offering for this listing is noted as the National Average tier. There is no emergency department call associated with this role, and no patient call rotation. Candidates across a range of board certification statuses, training backgrounds, and experience levels are considered.
