Hospital / Clinic Employed Telemedicine: Internal Medicine Job in Santa Rosa, California
This telemedicine internal medicine opportunity, based out of Santa Rosa, California, is offered as a hospital/clinic-employed position. In this arrangement, you would be a W-2 employee of the hospital, clinic, or affiliated management services organization, which administers compensation, benefits, malpractice coverage, and scheduling, while also providing the infrastructure needed for clinical work. This structure is designed to reduce the business and administrative responsibilities that come with independent practice, allowing you to focus on patient care.
This role is also listed under several other practice structures, including solo/independent, single- and multi-specialty group, academic, community health center/FQHC, virtual, part-time, and administrative/medical director options, among others — so if a different arrangement fits your goals better, it may be available under this same posting.
The financial offering for this role is listed at the national average tier, with financial structures that may include income guarantee, straight employment, or an employment agreement with production bonus. There is no patient call or emergency department call associated with this position. The role is open to candidates across a range of experience levels, board certification statuses, and training backgrounds, including both AMG and FMG applicants.
