Hospital / Clinic Employed Telemedicine: Internal Medicine Job in San Bernardino, California
This Internal Medicine telemedicine position is offered as a hospital/clinic-employed opportunity, meaning you would be a W-2 employee of the employing organization. In this arrangement, the employer handles compensation administration, benefits, and scheduling, and provides the infrastructure supporting your clinical work, allowing you to focus on patient care rather than practice administration.
The financial offering for this listing is noted as the National Average tier, structured through an employment agreement that may include a production bonus, along with income guarantee and straight employment options. There is no patient call rotation and no emergency department call associated with this role.
This same position is also listed under several other practice structures, including part-time, contract, virtual, and multi-specialty group settings, among others — so if the employed model isn't the right fit, alternative arrangements for this role may be available. Eligible candidates include those who are board certified, board eligible, or board ineligible, trained as MD or DO, and who are U.S. citizens or green card holders.
