Administrative / Medical Director Telemedicine: Internal Medicine Job in Tucson, Arizona
This Internal Medicine telemedicine position, based in Tucson, Arizona, is structured as an Administrative/Medical Director role. In this type of arrangement, physician leadership responsibilities — clinical oversight, quality, and organizational duties — make up a substantial part of the job, often paired with a reduced clinical schedule and salaried compensation. It suits physicians looking to move toward leadership and management of clinical operations rather than a purely direct-care schedule.
This role is offered virtually, and this same opportunity is also available under other arrangements, including Part-Time and Contract structures, alongside employed, group, and institutional settings. Compensation may be arranged as an income guarantee, straight employment, or an employment agreement with a production bonus, and the financial offering for this listing is set at the National Average tier. There is no patient call and no emergency department call associated with this position.
Candidates may be board certified, board eligible, or board ineligible, and both MD and DO training backgrounds, as well as AMG and FMG graduates, are considered. US citizens and green card holders are eligible, spanning experience levels from those currently in training to very experienced physicians.
