Hospital / Clinic Employed Telemedicine: Family Practice Job in El Paso, Texas
This telemedicine Family Practice opportunity is offered under an employed arrangement, meaning the hospital, clinic, or management services organization serves as both the recruiting and paying entity. As a W-2 employee, you would work within an infrastructure where the employer administers compensation, benefits, malpractice coverage, and scheduling, allowing you to focus on clinical care rather than business administration.
This role is listed with a financial offering in the National Average tier, structured through options such as an income guarantee, straight employment, or an employment agreement with a production bonus. There is no patient call rotation and no emergency department call associated with this position. It's worth noting that this same role is also made available under several other practice structures — including part-time, contract, virtual, and administrative/medical director options — so the employed model described here is one of multiple ways to engage with this opportunity.
Candidates across a range of backgrounds are considered, including those who are board certified, board eligible, or board ineligible, and both allopathic and osteopathic training are accepted. Experience levels from currently in training through very experienced are welcome to apply.
