Non-Clinical / Case Management Telemedicine: Family Practice Job in Austin, Texas
This permanent Family Practice opportunity based in Austin, Texas is offered as a non-clinical case management role. Rather than direct patient treatment, this structure applies your medical judgment to reviewing cases, coordinating care, and working with insurers, employers, or other health organizations on utilization and care decisions — a non-clinical use of your clinical background. There is no patient call and no emergency department call associated with this position.
This same job is also listed under several other practice structures, including solo-independent, single- and multi-specialty group, hospital/clinic/MSO employment, military/VA, contract, part-time, admin/medical director, and virtual arrangements, so you may want to explore whether one of those fits your preferences better. Financial structures noted for this listing include income guarantee, straight employment, an employment agreement with production bonus, and contract-based pay, with the financial offering listed at the national average tier.
Candidates considered range from those currently in training through very experienced physicians, holding MD or DO training and either board certified, board eligible, or board ineligible status, and open to both AMG and FMG backgrounds. U.S. citizens and green card holders are eligible to apply.
