Practice Details

Telemedicine:
Othotics Program/ Cancer Screening Program
Orthotics: Back, Ankle, Wrist, Knee, Shoulder Braces.

Our orthotics program will have patients with back, knee, ankle, wrist and shoulder problems scheduled for consultation with Providers. 

Worklflow:
- Patient speaks with our Triage Dept to discuss chief complaint
- Triage dept will schedule a phone call with Provider
- Provider will call the patient to consult the chief complaint
- Provider will then log into the platform to fill out the RX forms and Chart notes if they deem medically necessary

Volume:
- We can start sending over 25-50 Patients per week. Each week we can increase by 25- 50 Patients. Short term goal (3-4 months) number of Patients are 500 consults per week. 

If we can have the price per consult to $35 per consultation maximum we can work with your company. Thank you for your time and I hoping we can find a comfortable resolution to work with each other. 
*Add $5 per consultation if you have you own mal-practice insurance.
