Administrative / Medical Director Telemedicine: Family Practice Job in Portland, Oregon
This telemedicine family practice opportunity, based in Portland, Oregon, is offered as an Administrative/Medical Director arrangement. In this type of role, clinical oversight, quality, and organizational responsibilities form a substantial part of the position — sometimes all of it — and the work is typically salaried, often paired with a reduced clinical schedule. This structure suits physicians oriented toward leadership, systems improvement, and management of clinical operations rather than a purely direct-patient-care role.
This same position is also listed under several other practice structures, including Solo-Independent, Single-Specialty Group, Multi-Specialty Group, Employed, Academic, Military/VA, Community Health Center/FQHC, Contract, Part-Time, Virtual, and Non-Clinical Case Management arrangements — so you may wish to review how those options compare. Compensation may follow an income guarantee, straight employment, employment agreement with production bonus, or contract structure, and the financial offering for this listing is presented at the National Average tier.
There is no patient call rotation and no emergency department call associated with this role. The organization considers candidates across a range of board certification statuses, MD and DO training backgrounds, AMG and FMG medical school origins, US citizen or green card work status, and experience levels from currently in training through very experienced.
