Hospital / Clinic Employed Telemedicine: Family Practice Job in Tampa, Florida
This telemedicine family practice position, based virtually while serving patients in the Tampa, Florida area, is offered as a hospital/clinic/MSO-employed arrangement. In this structure, the health system acts as both the recruiting and paying entity: you would be a W-2 employee, with the employer administering compensation, benefits, malpractice coverage, and scheduling, while typically supplying the clinical infrastructure and support needed to focus on patient care. This same role is also listed under a number of other practice structures, including part-time, contract, and administrative/medical director options, so you can discuss which arrangement best fits your goals.
The compensation approach may take the form of an income guarantee, straight employment, or an employment agreement with a production bonus, with the financial offering for this listing set at the national average tier. There is no patient call and no emergency department call associated with this position.
