Solo / Independent Practice Telemedicine: Family Practice Job in Oceanside, California
This Telemedicine: Family Practice position in Oceanside, California is offered as a solo/independent practice arrangement, one of several practice options under which this role is listed. In this model, you would operate as the business owner rather than an employee — billing under your own name, building your own patient panel, and directing your own staffing, scheduling, and practice style. The listing indicates an income guarantee as part of the available financial structures, which is a common form of start-up support in this kind of arrangement. The financial offering for this listing is noted as aligned with the national average tier.
Because this same role is also listed under other structures — including part-time, virtual, contract, and employed options — you may wish to discuss with the recruiter which arrangement best fits your goals before deciding on the independent practice path.
For this position, there is no patient call rotation and no emergency department call rotation. The role is open to physicians who are Board Certified, Board Eligible, or Board Ineligible, trained in either allopathic or osteopathic medicine, and from either U.S. or foreign medical schools, at experience levels ranging from currently in training to very experienced. Candidates must hold U.S. citizenship or a green card.
