Military / VA Telemedicine: Family Practice Job in San Francisco, California
This position is offered under a Military/VA arrangement, one of several practice structures available for this telemedicine family practice role. Military and VA positions are federal employment roles that serve active-duty personnel, veterans, and their families. Compensation follows federal schedules with federal benefits, and malpractice coverage is provided under federal protection — offering a level of schedule predictability along with a mission-driven patient population and freedom from the billing and business responsibilities common to private practice.
This role is delivered as a telemedicine family practice opportunity, and the same listing is also available under a Virtual structure as well as on a Part-Time basis, should either better fit your circumstances. There is no patient call rotation and no emergency department call requirement associated with this position. The financial offering for this listing is noted as aligned with the national average.
Candidates may be board certified, board eligible, or board ineligible, and both allopathic and osteopathic training backgrounds are accepted, including American and foreign medical graduates. Applicants across experience levels — from those currently in training to very experienced physicians — are considered, provided they hold U.S. citizenship or a green card.
