Hospital / Clinic Employed Telemedicine: Family Practice Job in Oxnard, California
This telemedicine Family Practice position is offered under several practice structures, including an employed arrangement with a hospital, clinic, or MSO. In this model, the employer acts as both the recruiting and paying entity — you work as a W-2 employee while the organization administers compensation, benefits, malpractice coverage, and scheduling, and supplies the clinical infrastructure needed to support your work. This setup is designed to let you focus on clinical care with fewer independent business or administrative responsibilities.
The listing also notes other available structures for this role — including single- and multi-specialty group, academic, community health center/FQHC, contract, part-time, administrative, and virtual arrangements — so the employed option is one of several ways this position can be structured, not the only one.
For this role, there is no patient call rotation and no emergency department call. The financial offering is listed at the national average tier, with compensation structured through options such as income guarantee, straight employment, or an employment agreement with production bonus. Candidates across a range of experience levels and training backgrounds, including board-certified, board-eligible, and board-ineligible physicians, are considered.
