The arrival of a strong CVS two years ago who brought state-of-the art treatments for all types of heart, lung and vascular diseases has more than doubled the Open Heart volume (OR cases up 188%); we're in need now of another BC/BE surgeon with a strong work ethic and strong interpersonal skills: • Seeking energetic, BC/BE surgeon with interest/ability in cardiac, thoracic and vascular procedures • ED call of 1:5; Clinic call of 1:2 anticipated • Base salary and strong benefits with profit sharing potential • Brand new office space on hospital's new Cardiac floor Longview Regional Medical Center (LRMC) is a regional referral hospital with advanced programs and facilities including: • Fully accredited Open Heart Surgery program; daVinci robot • New Cath and Special Procedures room. Cath volume recently grew from 100/mo to 150/mo, with expectations of 200/month within the year • 23 bed Heart and Vascular Unit opened in 2011 for Cardiology patients •
