RESPONSIBILITIES AND FACILITY DETAILS Pediatric Surgery (PEDS)
- Your Title is Surgeon-in-Chief Associate CMO
- Overseeing around 50 Surgeons in a Level 1 Trauma Center within an Independent 155 Bed Children’s Hospital in an Ohio Metro.
- Helping to Bring Hospital’s Vision for Growth to Life, Working with CMO, Surgical Staff, Healthcare Executives and Community
- Serve as a Champion for Patient Safety
- Set the Strategic Vision for Surgical Services
- Set the Quality Agenda and Support Quality Improvement Initiatives
- Identify Opportunities for Improvement in in Operational Efficiencies
- Build upon the Existing Program to Increase Market Share for Pediatric Surgical Services in the Region
- Foster Creation of a Working Environment that Inspires Physicians and Surgeons to Want to Work at the Children’s Hospital
QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS Pediatric Surgery (PEDS)
- Board Certified
- 10 or more years of experience
- Pediatric surgery sub-specialty trained physicians are welcomed
- Able to Obtain an Ohio Medical License Unrestricted
