  • $800,000 to $900,000 Based on Experience and Sub-Surgical Specialty

RESPONSIBILITIES AND FACILITY DETAILS Pediatric Surgery  (PEDS)

  • Your Title is Surgeon-in-Chief Associate CMO  
  • Overseeing around 50 Surgeons in a Level 1 Trauma Center within an Independent 155 Bed Children’s Hospital in an Ohio Metro.
  • Helping to Bring Hospital’s Vision for Growth to Life, Working with CMO, Surgical Staff, Healthcare Executives and Community
  • Serve as a Champion for Patient Safety
  • Set the Strategic Vision for Surgical Services
  • Set the Quality Agenda and Support Quality Improvement Initiatives
  • Identify Opportunities for Improvement in in Operational Efficiencies
  • Build upon the Existing Program to Increase Market Share for Pediatric Surgical Services in the Region
  • Foster Creation of a Working Environment that Inspires Physicians and Surgeons to Want to Work at the Children’s Hospital

QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS Pediatric Surgery  (PEDS)

  • 10 or more years of experience
