Opportunity exists for a well-rounded General Surgeon to come to the area as a hospital employee. Currently, there are three General Surgeons; two are employed by the hospital. Call will be 1:5. Starting salary is $300K+ based on experience plus a production bonus based on RVUs. Benefits include paid malpractice, a relocation bonus, Medical Education loan assistance and / or a sign-on bonus. All procedures are done at a 275+ bed state of the art medical center. Centrally located just minutes from some of the best resorts and beaches in the country and less than half an hour from Columbia, the state capital.
