Practice Details

No Call, No Weekends in Texas  

Small cohesive outpatient radiology group with a growing dynamic practice seeks a General Rad, Body Imager, Mammographer or Neurorad. The group consists of generalists, neurorads and an MSK rad.  Ideal candidate holds an active TX license and must be willing and able to perform all aspects of radiology (other than fluoro and PET/Nuc Med).  Mammo is a plus.  Must be able to do (can be learned onsite) minor procedures, including arthrograms, myelograms,  MR/US guided breast biopsies, MR guided prostate biopsies and US guided thyroid/soft tissue biopsies.  Consultations with referring providers  is key and you will have the opportunity to assist in the growth of the radiological services by actively participating in marketing lunches, meetings, etc.   Work schedule is Monday – Friday 8/9am – 5/6pm.  No call, No weekends or holidays.  Daily volume is 60-80 with ½ of it being cross sectional.  Receive 385k salary and 6 weeks time off first year with increases in both salary and time off in years 2 & 3.  Full benefit package including family health, 5k CME stipend, up to 15k relocation, 1m/3m malpractice insurance.  Enjoy west Texas and its Mountain State Park, Tramway to Ranger Peak, Zoo, Museums.
