Philadelphia - Academics

Level 1 Trauma Center/teaching hospital located in Philadelphia is actively recruiting academically oriented physicians.  The department of Radiology consists of 30 staff Attendings covering different modalities of Radiology.  Premier residency program is comprised of 24 residents as well as a new IR/DR residency and has an academic affiliation with the University and teach medical students from local medical schools.  The group performs more than 400,000 exams annually.  Hybrid setting that includes clinical duties in addition to teaching and research responsibilities with residents and medical students. 

Interventional Radiologist – join 6 other IRs.  1:7 call.  Receive 325k for non-experienced and 400k for experienced IR. 

Dedicated Breast Imager – must be proficient in all aspects of Breast Imaging including Tomosynthesis, Breast US, Breast MRI, MBI and Image guided biopsies.  No call required.  Receive 334k. 

Neuroradiologist –join 4 other Neurorads who have an excellent relationship with Neurology, Neurosurgery and NIR.  Light procedural work including occasional lumbar punctures/myelograms.  Receive 334k

Abdominal Imaging and Ultrasound – The ideal candidate should be fellowship trained and proficient in all facets of Abdominal Imaging including the ability to perform and teach real-time US scanning, vascular US, thyroid biopsies, US contrast and elastography, Spectral CT, prostate and rectal MRI and fluoroscopy.  Receive 334k.
