Academic Radiology: Abdominal Job in Camp Lejeune, North Carolina
This abdominal radiology position in Camp Lejeune, North Carolina, is offered as an academic opportunity. In this arrangement, you would practice within a teaching institution — a university, academic medical center, or affiliated program — combining clinical work with teaching and, often, research. Compensation is typically salaried through the institution, and advancement follows an academic track, suiting physicians who want residents or students involved in their clinical day alongside institutional resources and scholarly work.
This role is also listed under several other practice structures, including solo-independent, single-specialty and multi-specialty group, hospital/clinic employment, military/VA, community health center, contract, part-time, virtual, and non-clinical case management options — the academic pathway described here is one of those offerings.
The role carries no patient call and no emergency department call rotation. The financial offering is listed as Open. Candidates should be board certified, hold an MD or DO degree as an American medical graduate, be a US citizen, and bring experienced-to-very-experienced level training.
