Seeking Specialty physicians for part time opportunities with Charter Oak Health Center

We are seeking physicians in the following specialties (Cardiology, Infectious Disease, Pulmonology, Endocrinology, Gastroenterology, Urology and Derm) to rotate .5-2 days a week (depending on specialty) in our clinic.
