Asante has an opportunity for a Pulmonologist to join our outpatient Pulmonary Medicine practice in Medford, Oregon. Our growing team currently has four Pulmonologists, two Nurse Practitioners and an excellent support staff. This is a full-time position with a light, rotating call schedule. Some inpatient critical care work may be incorporated into this position if desired. Highlights of the opportunity include: - Starting base salary guarantee of $325,000 - Performance incentives of up to 16% of base - $50,000 signing bonus - $12,500 relocation assistance - $5,000 annual CME allotment - Excellent health, dental, vision & retirement benefits - 30 days of paid time off per year Education: Graduate of an accredited medical school. Successful completion of training in an ACGME accredited Pulmonary Medicine fellowship program. License / Certification: MD or DO licensed by the Oregon Board of Medical Examiners; Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) certified from American Heart Association; Board Certified / Eligible in Pulmonary Medicine by the American Board of Medical Specialties; Must obtain and maintain medical staff membership and appropriate privileges; Must be eligible as a provider for Medicare, Medicaid, and other federal health programs; Physician shall meet all qualifications to participate in hospital’s programs for professional malpractice and other liability coverage.
