- 2 weeks ICU coverage/month
- 12-hour ICU shifts compensated at $2000 per shift
- Production incentive for wRVU production above 450 wRVUs/month
- 2 Pulmonary Intensivists in-house 7AM-7PM Mon-Fri
- 1 Pulmonary Intensivist in-house 7AM-7PM Sat-Sun
- 1 week outpatient pulmonary clinic coverage/month (8:00 AM – 5:00 PM weekdays only)
- 8-hour clinic shift compensated at $1360 per shift
- Model allows 10-12 days off per month
- Annual base compensation is approximately $417600 (based on 14 ICU shifts and 5 clinic shifts/month)
