Willing to accept providers with sporadic availability – can be on at ‘at-needs’ basis.

Seeking Psychiatrist Providers to perform:

• Initial PTSD exams

• Follow up on PTSD exams and other mental health exams across the country.

• Two (2) options for coverage - Travel and perform exams at VES leased facility and/or schedule Veterans within your own practice.

• Will bill per exam.

• Initial PTSD exams, follow up PTSD exams, and other mental health exams.

• DMA certification available (can get CME credits) – will need to obtain once privileged if not already certified.

• Own personal laptop (NO MACs)

•  (DBQs)

• Reporting/DBQs must be submitted within 48 hours upon exam completion - no narrative report. The result is the completion of standardized form(s).

• Evaluations to be completed in VES's provider portal.

• Record review is required in most cases.

REQUIREMENTS:

·        Board Eligible (within 2-5 years of accredited residency)/Board Certified

·        Active WV license. 

·        COIs documentation ready at Presentation

ADDITIONAL REQUIREMENTS:
Proficient in METs testing, evaluating, and diagnosing respiratory, cardiovascular, and neurological conditions.

• Own a laptop (no Mac/Apple products).

• Must be willing to wear a mask during all visits.

• Board Certified or Truly Board Eligible within 0-3 years of residency

• Active and unrestricted full license

• Must be willing to complete DMA training to become DMA certified.

• CV needs current home address listed.

• Will need a copy of ECFMG certificate if they attended school in a different country.
