• Monday - Friday 8 am - 5 pm with 1 hour lunch
• Call: 1 weekday night per 6 weeks and one weekend per month
• 12 - 14 patients daily -- split between inpatient and outpatient care
• Inpatient census: average 25 patients with unit split between psychiatry and midlevels
• Outpatient: 6 - 7 patients in 4-hour blocks
• Experience with ketamine and LAIs strongly preferred
• TMS potential in future
• 60-minute new evaluations, 30-minute follow-ups in outpatient clinic
