This excellent practice opportunity is for a BC/BE adult psychiatrist to be employed by a medical center outside of Chattanooga TN for a behavioral health facility. Serving the surrounding communities for over years and offers a full range of adult services that include inpatient psychiatric and chemical dependency inpatient detox intensive outpatient chemical dependency programs and intensive outpatient psychiatric programs. This is a traditional practice opportunity with a mix of approximately 70% outpatient and 30% inpatient. Currently we have 4 psychiatrists for a service area of 200k and one of those 4 is planning to change his practice to an outpatient only practice later this year.
Call coverage is 1:4 and the other psychiatrists are eager to have another well trained psychiatrist join the community.
Compensation packages includes MGMA confirmed salary overhead expesnes commencement bonus relocation allowance and potential student loan assistance. Also Tennessee has NO STATE INCOME TAX.
Centrally located in the southeast and is easily accessible via I-75 and just 2 hours fro Atlanta 2.5 hours to Nashville and Birmingham.
