Regional Healthcare leader is recruiting a BE/BC general psychiatrist for mostly OP opportunity. There is a 24 bed adult Inpatient facility-with consulting privileges only. There is an inpatient hospitalist to manage acute illness. Patients are a mix of adults and children. Weekend call is 1:4 with call pay offered. There are currently 10 Nurse Practitioners on staff.
Located an hour from Memphis and 90 minutes from Nashville. There are 5 colleges and Universities close by, with excellent private and Parochial Schools, Business, Technical and Graduate facilities. Warm and friendly community of over 100,000 and home to 23 Fortune 500 companies. There are many Lakes and Rivers with camping, fishing, water skiing, sailing and canoeing. Ballet, Theater Guild, Arts Council, Symphony Orchestra, and AA Baseball all nearby! There is a high quality, but low cost of living. There is no State income tax!
