About This Solo / Independent Practice Opportunity

This general psychiatry position in Washington, Pennsylvania is offered as a solo/independent practice arrangement, meaning you would own and run your own practice rather than being employed. In this model, you bill under your own name and build and manage your own patient panel, with the recruiting organization typically supporting your start-up — here through an income guarantee — while you retain control over staffing, scheduling, and practice style.

A signing bonus is included, and the financial offering for this listing is stated at the national average tier. There is a partnership opportunity associated with this role. Call responsibilities include a 1:3 patient call rotation shared within the practice; there is no emergency department call required.

This same position is also listed under several other arrangements — including single-specialty group, multi-specialty group, hospital/clinic/MSO employment, community health center/FQHC, and contract options — so if independent ownership is not the fit you're seeking, alternative structures for this role may be available.
