ADULT Inpatient position
The Inpatient Program is broken down to the following: units 38 Adult beds, 16 C&A beds and 20 Geriatric beds. The physician will be expected to see adults 18-65. The patient population will be adult patients, the majority of whom will have substance use disorder co-morbidity.
Maximum patient caseload is 15. Evening call is once every 10 to 14 days, only go to the hospital for dire emergencies. There are four mandatory weekend IP calls per year. Additional weekends for extra compensation.
Salary as quoted by the client will be in the 240K to 250K range with consideration given academic experience, faculty rank and percentage of clinical involvement assigned to the position. The positions, in general will be offered on the Assistant Professor level. There is no current production bonus.
Call is 3 weekends per year required as part of base, more than 3 gets $3600 per weekend
