Single-Specialty Group Psychiatry: General Job in Wilmington, North Carolina
This psychiatry position in Wilmington, North Carolina, is offered as a single-specialty group arrangement, one of several structures under which this permanent role is available (including solo-independent, multi-specialty group, contract, and part-time options). In a single-specialty group, you would join an established practice of physicians in your own specialty, with clinical infrastructure, staffing, billing, and administration already in place. This setting typically offers peer collaboration within your specialty and shared business overhead, reducing the individual administrative burden compared to solo practice.
For this listing, there is no patient call rotation and no emergency department call. The position is not structured as a partnership track. Financial arrangements associated with this opportunity include income guarantee, straight employment, and employment agreement with production bonus models, and the financial offering is listed at the national average tier.
If a group-practice structure with an established specialty-specific setting fits your goals, this option may be worth exploring alongside the other arrangements offered for this role.
