Practice opportunity with a large community health center located in East Chicago, IN area. They a looking to hire an adult psychiatrist on a permanent full-time basis. The medical staff has 11 full time psychiatrists 8 adult and 3 child and adolescent psychiatrist. State of the art evidence based treatment. They have access to special state funding to support care of chronically mentally ill. The organization received a grant for $2M from SAMHSA to improve health outcomes in our severely mental ill core clientele.
