- Comp model comprised of guaranteed salary of $295,000, Medical Director stipend and production incentive
- Annual compensation starting between $350,000 and $400,000

- Step into an established practice as the Medical Director or take on a clinical-only role
- Have the flexibility of outpatient only, inpatient only or a combination of the two
- Excellent supporting cast including 4 NP's and 4 Therapists/Social Workers
- 4-day work week with 1 administrative day
- 15-20 outpatients per day
