Multi-Specialty Group Psychiatry: General Job in Georgia, Georgia
This general psychiatry position in Georgia is offered as a multi-specialty group arrangement, meaning you would practice within an organization that includes physicians across many specialties. In this setup, referral relationships tend to be largely internal, which can help build a patient panel, and administrative functions are typically handled centrally at the group level.
This role is also listed under several other practice structures, including solo-independent, single-specialty group, hospital/clinic/MSO employment, academic, and community health center/FQHC arrangements, so the multi-specialty group option represents one of a few ways this position can be structured. It is a permanent, employed role, with financial structures that may include an income guarantee, straight employment, or an employment agreement with a production bonus; the financial offering is listed at the national average tier. Emergency department call for this position follows a 1:4 rotation.
The organization is located in a community sized between 100,000 and 499,999 residents. Candidates may be board certified or board eligible, and both MD and DO training backgrounds, including American and foreign medical graduates, are considered.
