COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS:   Psychiatry ( PSY )

• Comp model comprised of guaranteed salary of $295,000, Medical Director stipend and production incentive
• Annual compensation starting between $350,000 and $400,000
• Additional reimbursement for NP oversight
• Up to $100,000 in Student Loans and/or Residency Stipend
• Relocation: $15,000
• 5 days of CME, $4,000 CME Allowance, 20 days of PTO

RESPONSIBILITIES AND FACILITY DETAILS:  Psychiatry ( PSY ) 

• Step into an established practice as the Medical Director or take on a clinical-only role
• Have the flexibility of outpatient only, inpatient only or a combination of the two
• Excellent supporting cast including 4 NP's and 4 Therapists/Social Workers
• 4-day work week with 1 administrative day
• 15-20 outpatients per day
• Cerner EMR
