This large southeast GA medical center is seeking a board certified/board eligible Psychiatric physician to staff a 26-bed adult inpatient unit and a 10-bed med/psych unit located in the hospital. The inpatient unit is a program for people age 18 and older who have primary psychiatric illness that may be coupled with substance abuse issues. The Center also provides outpatient ECT treatment.
Qualified Candidates:
- Incoming Psychiatrist must be board certified or board eligible with plans to sit for the boards
- Addictionology background a plus
- 7on/7off schedule
