Hospital / Clinic Employed Psychiatry: General Job in Miami, Florida
This psychiatry position in Miami, Florida is offered as a hospital- or clinic-employed arrangement, one of several practice structures under which this permanent role is listed. As a W-2 employee, you would work under an employment agreement with the health system handling compensation, benefits, malpractice coverage, and scheduling, along with the clinical facility and support infrastructure — an arrangement suited to physicians who want to focus on clinical care rather than business administration. The financial offering for this listing is noted as Open, and relocation assistance and a signing bonus are available.
There is no patient call rotation and no emergency department call associated with this role. Board certification is required, and the position is open to both MD and DO trained physicians, including American and foreign medical graduates. Candidates should hold U.S. citizenship or a green card, and the opportunity is open to physicians across a range of experience levels, from recently trained to very experienced.
Beyond the hospital- or clinic-employed option described here, this role is also listed under other practice structures, including group and community health center settings — worth exploring if a different arrangement better fits your goals.
